Service description

 

• Reception. You can arrive from 10 in the morning. Our team will welcome you to pamper you in an environment surrounded by nature, culture and history.

After registering, you will have access to our animal sanctuary, pools, gardens, old town and thus live with your family in a totally exclusive environment.

• Tour of the Hacienda. At 11:30 in the morning, the tour of the farm will begin, which includes:

• Narration of the history of the enclosure and the town of Noc Ac, by a qualified guide.

• Complete tour of the main areas, gardens and tree-lined paths.

• Tour of the old town of the machinery.

• Tour of the Animal Sanctuary.

This tour lasts approximately 1 hour and a half.

 

You will have at your disposal our bicycles to “Pueblear” (all day until 5 in the afternoon). They will be given a map of the small town of Noc Ac so they can explore on their own and learn about the lives of the people of our community. It will be a good time to value our environment.

On the way back, they will be able to enjoy the facilities of the hacienda:

La Noria pool or cenote pool

Walk the tree-lined walkways

Visit the chapel

Or play in our spacious gardens and enjoy a drink in our bar (menu with extra cost).

We have board games at your disposal.

 

• Lunch at our Oro Verde restaurant. At a previously established schedule, with a menu designed for the occasion where you can choose a 2-course option (main course and dessert) and drinks (except alcohol), lunch will be carefully prepared by our chef in our Oro Verde restaurant. , where they will enjoy delicious traditional or international flavors.

 

• Animal Contact. At 4:00 in the afternoon they will be able to enjoy an impressive animal contact. Here they will learn about some species of animals that you can feed and even take a photo to remember, while they talk about their importance and care.

 

• Horse riding. At 4:45 in the afternoon they will have at their disposal our horses to be able to mount them and live the experience inside our ranch. Always under the supervision of our qualified personnel. Horse riding lasts a maximum of 15 minutes per person.

 

You can continue to enjoy our relaxing facilities while living with your family.

 

 

• The day trip ends at 6 in the afternoon.

 

 

Price of the day $ 1050 pesos per person, public price.

Restrictions

It is required to confirm the number of people and the date of the service in order to confirm the service or put on the waiting list.

Full payment is required in advance, at least 5 days before the service.

Children under 5 years old are free.

No refunds are made with less than 15 days of cancellation or modification.

In case of cancellation out of time, 100% of the amount agreed by the

reserved service.
